Rates
Fees are based on the Fee Schedules provided by the Psychologist Association of Alberta (PAA), Ontario Psychological Association (OPA), and British Columbia Psychological Association (BCPA) and are due BEFORE each session. Please note that the hourly rate will rise from $220 to $225 in March 2025.
GST is not charged for psychological services.

Insurance
Your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan may cover full or partial psychotherapy services. Please get in touch with your provider or employer to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. A receipt is issued at the end of each appointment that you can submit to your insurance or health benefits provider for reimbursement.
Below are some questions you may ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the cancellation period for all services is 24 hours. Late cancellations and no-show cancellations, including no-notice cancellations, are subject to a full session fee.
You may change your appointment by telephone, email, or through the online booking management system.
